This page describes what data webserres.gr collects, why, and what you can do about it. It describes only what the site actually does.
Who processes the data
WebSerres Agency, Serres / Thessaloniki, Greece. Contact: webserres@gmail.com.
The contact form
When you submit the form we receive what you typed: name, phone, any email address, and your message. It is emailed to webserres@gmail.com through the Resend service and is not added to any mailing list.
Legal basis: your consent, given via the checkbox before submitting. We keep the message for as long as our correspondence and any resulting work last.
Traffic measurement
Two tools, both enabled ONLY if you press “Accept” in the consent notice. Until then no measurement cookie is set.

Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any server it keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page) for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of keeping the site running.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, as well as the right to object and to withdraw consent. Write to webserres@gmail.com and we reply within one month.
If you believe we did not respond properly, you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
